· Establish, implement, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (Smatrix) in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 for offshore wind operations and maintenance activities (onshore and offshore).
建立、導入並持續精進公司整合管理系統(Smatrix),確保符合 ISO 9001、ISO 14001 與 ISO 45001,特別聚焦離岸風電運轉維護(含陸上與離岸)相關活動。
· Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up of nonconformities and corrective actions.
規劃並統籌公司內外部稽核作業,包含稽核計畫、執行、報告及缺失與改善措施的追蹤與結案。
· Develop, review, and maintain procedures, work instructions, and templates to ensure that project and site activities are performed in compliance with IMS and client requirements.
制定、檢視及維護作業程序、作業指導書及相關文件範本,確保專案與現場活動符合整合管理系統與客戶要求。
· Work closely with Project Management, Site Management, HSE, and Service teams to embed quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety considerations into day-to-day operations.
與專案管理、現場管理、HSE 及維運團隊密切合作,將品質、環境與職安衛要求融入日常營運活動。
· Set up and monitor quality-related KPIs (e.g. nonconformities, customer complaints, rework, incident trends) and provide regular analysis and reports to management.
建立並監測與品質相關之關鍵績效指標(如缺失件數、客訴案件、返工情形、事件趨勢),定期彙整分析結果並提供管理階層參考。
· Support tender preparation and customer requirements by providing quality and ISO-related input, including documentation, certifications, and process descriptions.
於投標與客戶需求回應過程中,提供與品質及 ISO 要求相關之文件、證照與流程說明等專業支援。
· Organize and deliver internal trainings related to IMS, quality tools, and ISO standards to enhance awareness and competency within the organization.
規劃並執行公司內部整合管理系統、品質工具及 ISO 標準相關訓練,提升全體同仁的認知與執行能力。
· Maintain document control and records management to ensure that Smatrix documents and records are current, traceable, and properly archived.
負責管理與維護 Smatrix文件與紀錄之版控與歸檔,確保文件即時更新、可追溯且妥善保存。
· Facilitate risk assessments, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives related to offshore wind O&M processes.
促進並參與風險評估、變更管理及與離岸風電運維流程相關之持續改善計畫。
· Support customer, certification body, and corporate audits, acting as a key contact for quality and IMS topics in Taiwan.
支援客戶、驗證機構及集團內部之稽核與審查,擔任台灣地區品質與整合管理系統之主要窗口。
· Proactively share lessons learned and best practices and take responsibility for improvement initiatives to ensure continuous enhancement of project delivery and work processes.
積極分享經驗與最佳實務,主動推動改善專案,以確保專案交付及工作流程持續優化。
